Question

Forms Version Control?

asked on October 30, 2015 Show version history

One of our clients realized that they made changes to a form that need to be reverted. Is it possible to find a backup? My understanding is that this is not possible currently. Are there plans to make this an option?

Has anyone used GIT or other third party version control?

Hi there,

Thanks for your feature request. I'll bring it to back to Development.

GIt was too time consuming and technical for our users (and not on our domain). We ended up Creating a SharePoint site and uploading the files there. They are version controlled and accessible to those who need them and don't require leaving our org. (we are on M365).  That's working well but does not solve the issue of people making changes without letting us know. Real version control or a change log in LF directly would be better. This should be a HIGH Priority.
