Image quality after generating pages from PDF through Quick Fields

When importing and generating pages of a PDF using Quick Fields, the images seem to lose quality. Is there a setting to adjust the quality of the pages generated through Quick Fields?

Can you describe the symptoms you are seeing? In what ways do the images lose quality?

If possible, please attach some sample inputs and outputs to this question to help illustrate the problem.

The quality settings for capturing PDF in Quick Fields can be opened with Configure Scan Source, under the Scan menu.

Below is a screenshot of the PDF options for Universal Capture:

I'm having the same issue. How do I access these settings? If I generate pages of a PDF already in the repository, the quality gets obscured. However, if it generates pages while being imported via scanning, it's generally fine. Here is an example of the disfigured text in the generated TIFF file:
