Workflow connector for Documentum?

Has anyone developed this or know if it can be done? I have a client that wants to reach in and out of their Documentum system.

I think I've seen .Net client libraries for Documentum, so there shouldn't be a huge technical hurdle to getting the two systems to communicate.  I don't know anything about their SDK licensing.
