One of our users is trying to attach documents to an e-mail within Outlook 2013, using the "Attach Laserfiche document" option in the Laserfiche tab on the toolbar. The user is able to attach one document, but gets the following error message when trying to add another "Member not found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80020003 (DISP_E_MEMBERNOTFOUND))"

The user has also tried to drag + drop the documents into the e-mail directly from the Laserfiche repository, however nothing happens when this is done.

Has anyone come across this before?

Hi Raymond,

The issue appeared to be with a number of attachments.

Since this morning, the user tried restarting Outlook & Laserfiche which did not resolve the issue, however, a re-install of Laserfiche has.

Does it always happen with the same document? Or is the issue tied to the number of attachments?
