I have to set up a lot of new users in our organization. This requires giving access to their personal HR folder for both the new employee and the manager, but only certain folders within their HR folder. This involves assigning them to 3+ groups, which get them to their department folder, and then assigning the user and manager individually to specific employee folders.
What would be extremely helpful is if in Admin Console I could look at a user and get a preview of the folder access they have - like a preview of what they will see when they log into Laserfiche. Currently, I have to verify this by logging in as them to verify that they have all of the right access levels. When I change their manager's access, I do not have any way to verify that the manager has the right folder access, unless I want to change their password and hijack their account.
Of course, I do try to set them up correctly, but it's reassuring to see that the security levels that I apply are doing what they need to be doing on the user end.
