That generally means that your license has expired.  To confirm this, please check your application log.  If it does show as expired, you will need to deactivate the old license (if using Avante) and reactivate (assuming that hardware changes invalidated the old license).  If you are on Rio, you need to make sure that the LF server can communicate with the Directory Server/License Manager and generate a new license for the server.
