Utilization of 4k monitors

I have a customer that is utilizing 4k monitors. When they have the resolution set to 4k and dragging and dropping documents into the client for page generation the client is then resized for 1920 x 1080. When we changed the resolution of the monitors to 1920 x 1080 the client did not resize and stay the same size. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

Could you share a video of the behavior you are experiencing? If the Client did not resize after changing the monitor resolution, you could try the 'Restore down'/'Maximize' button at the top right.

We too have come across this issue but on a standard monitor on 1920 x 1080.

What was the outcome of this?
