We have an existing PDF form that has worked fine in the past, but now we are having issues. This is not an LF Form, it is a PDF form we created. The form has a submit button that sends the form via email client to a LF email account that then routes the form to the intake folder in LF. The form should only remain in the intake folder for a few seconds, then it automatically routes to our "Supervisor's Approval Directory". At the moment the form does not route if received by exchange, but if I drag and drop the form into the intake, it will route. I thought it was an Exchange issue, but the form made it from the Exchange Server to the Intake folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend using the workflow subscriber tracer and check your starting conditions/rules.

Thanks Tommy,
I did check and everything looked fine. Exchange is getting the file to the correct directory folder, but does not route. The only thing that stumps me is that if I drag and drop the same file into the directory, it routes. So I believe the starting conditions and rules are correct, if not, I don't think the file would route once I dragged and dropped it in.
