Is there Symbol integration for Laserfiche for these readers.

What exactly are you trying to do? Most barcode readers just emulate keyboard commands meaning it should work out of the box for scanning barcodes into any Laserfiche interface or Forms if you are just trying to catch a scan. Depending on how the readers are setup you might need to switch to either a tab/Enter command at the end of the read to make the operation work a little better for you.
Well with the black one (top pic) we just want to scan with it and have it populate a field. With the grey one (bottome pic) there seems to be alot of data that can be stored in the barcodes that it scans. So is there somekind of integration that we need to download or install for us to be able to scan those barcodes and have it populate multiple fields?
The black one should work without doing anything else as it should just emulate keyboard entry. The second, if you have a bunch of data in the barcode, my recommendation would likely be to scan to a large text field and then use workflow to parse it out and fill in correct metadata once stored. It really all depends on your use case.
