Does anyone have any suggestions when it comes to HR onboarding?

1. How do you handle employees filling out forms such as Federal and state w4 forms and any other internal documents? Do they fill them out electronically? Do you use a signature pad such as topaz?
2. Do employees have their own folder in LF where all of their documents are stored or is each document type in its own folder and a search is utilized to review the contents of an employees file?
Currently for federal forms we have them fill them out using our Applitrack software which does it all online. For internal forms we use Laserfiche Forms since those forms can be anything we want them to be. Insurance forms are a little different as the insurance companies mandate what the form needs to be. So currently they fill out those out on paper.
Our goal is to move all of the forms to Laserfiche Forms once Workflow supports the ability to take a signature from a Laserfiche Form and apply it to a PDF document. This would allow us to fill out fillable PDFs of the federal and insurance forms and apply the employee's signature and then file them away using Workflow.
With all of the improvements to workflow, is it now possible to take a signature from a Laserfiche form and apply to PDF? We are now implementing for a school and there are so many federal forms.
