I've been looking up what features are included with the Laserfiche Digital Signatures. The LSAP as well.

We have a few clients requesting some more information as to what it entails.

We usually use of course a 3rd party company like DocuSign for the purchase of the signatures and import them into Laserfiche for use.

Hi Chase,

Like Brian said, the online documentation will point you in the right direction in terms of digital signature features. As for LSAP, what kind of information are you looking for? This site gives a brief overview of what the support plans include.

Additionally, if you're currently using DocuSign you might look at the Laserfiche DocuSign integration if you aren't using it already. It allows users to initiate a signing process from within Laserfiche Web Access, and completed documents are imported back into the repository. Hope this helps.

Thank you. It sounds like they were going through GoDaddy. I was trying to create SSL Certificates on the server and Issue to an AD user to create the new cert.

They can renew the originals through GoDaddy now that we've dug up the missing information.
