I have enable the gird in WebLink 9 for the standard search (search.aspx) and would also like to display the creation date and last modified date as columns but am unable to find these columns in My WebLink. Does anyone know how to enable these columns?

Hey Lance,

It may be that that user is lacking the feature right "Extended Properties". In the Administration Console, go to your repository, and navigate to Users and Groups and find the user in question. Open up that user and grant the feature right Extended Properties. The Date created and Date modified columns should appear. Let me know if this doesn't work and we can look into the issue further.

Hi Lance,

WebLink allows you to add columns, like the creation date and last modified date, to your search results. To customize your search results, click My WebLink at the top right of the page and select Search Options on the left.

Hi Marisa,

Unfortunately there is no option for adding the creation date or last modified date columns. All that is displayed is created by and last modified by columns options. I am attaching a screenshot of this issue. I am using pass through authentication for WebLink, but am unaware of any security restrictions that would prevent this user from seeing the creation date and last modified date fields. Could this be a bug? Thank you for your help in advanced.
