Hello Tommy,
Might I assume you're referring to Windows Authentication log in? If they are auto logging in upon accessing their forms site, they can just select the top right drop-down > Log Off, then log back in with a repository account. The user probably just have a browser setting to "save"/"remember me" on the username/password so it auto logs them in, upon accessing Forms.
Editted: If however you're meaning that you're trying to prevent those Windows Accounts from logging in, then it may be that perhaps the user Debbie Blackburn has her domain account, domain\DebbieBlackburn, linked to a repository user. So perhaps if that link does exist, the user should break off that link, therefore whenever they log in, it will only use the repository credentials, granted, that that is the credentials they use.
Hope this helps
Andrew,
Is it possible to disable Forms 9.2 from auto logging with WA, when an WA is linked to a Laserfiche Trustee account?? I know that Forms 9.0 did not do this when Laserfiche Trustee account has a WA linked to it.
Hello Tommy,
Forms brings in the user from the repository. So whatever settings you have configured there will be how it is reflected in Forms. Meaning, if your domain account has rights into the repository in which you configured in the Formsconfig > Repository page, then it will have rights into the domain. To deny the domain account in Forms, then they will need to deny that account to the repository user in Forms.
1) In light of this, as mentioned, one method the user can do, is split up that repository user with the domain account. Then set up different rights.
2) You can check with the user's set up, and determine when exactly the user is being logged in as the repository user versus, the domain account. See if the user has a different account that they are using, or if they are logging in differently, which may result in why sometimes the user would be logged in as a domain account, and not their repository account.
3) What is the full version+build of Forms? It should either be in the format of Forms 9.2.0.xxx(3 x's) or Forms 9.2.1.xxxx(4 x's), granted that the user is on Forms 9.2.X.
