Laserfiche 9.x Support LIfecycle

Hi

Was trying to find out on the support homepage but couldn't find the info, but is there a cutoff date by when Laserfiche 9.x (9.1 in my case) would no longer be supported? Does Laserfiche follow a support lifecycle pattern such as the likes of Microsoft do?

Starting with Laserfiche 8, the support lifecycle will be the end of the sixth year after the next major version is released.

Laserfiche 9 released in 2012 so support for Laserfiche 8 will end 12/31/2018.

Whenever Laserfiche 10 releases, support for Laserfiche 9 will end 12/31 six years later.

If there are changes to the end of support date, know that it will be pushed back and not made sooner.

There is currently no planned date for ending support for Laserfiche 9. The oldest supported version as of now is 7 (which was initially released in 2004).
