Based on a value of a field in the form, can i set the path where the form has to be stored in the repository please?

Hello Priya,
Indeed you can! By clicking the ">" button next to the path in the 'Save to Repository' dialog, you can use tokens generated by the values input into Forms fields. These will have the automatically-generated variable names for each Form field, but if you set a custom name when designing the form, these will appear instead.
Note in addition that if you are going to make the path of the Form dependent on form field values, it would be a good idea to make those fields required so as to avoid possible errors.
