Import Agent OCR's some pages

When the user uses Import Agent, for some documents it only OCR's some of the pages in the document. In the OCR column in Laserfiche it says Some while others say All. When they click the document to generate text from it again it says All in the OCR column section. Import Agent OCR optimization is set to Accuracy.  Please advise on what can be done so that all the pages are OCR'd or what may be causing it to OCR only some pages.

What kind of document are you importing? Is it a PDF or a tiff?  If the latter, what is the DPI of the image for the pages you cannot OCR?  For the PDFs, can you OCR/generate text within the LF client?

It's PDFs. When they generate text from the LF Client it says All pages were OCR'd. We'd like to know why it won't OCR all the pages from Import Agent. It just says some of the pages were OCR'd with Import Agent.

It is probably a bug. Please open a case and attach the PDF to the case so we can test it here.

We noticed that it happens with more than one PDF and usually happens when some of the pages are handwritten. I realize that the handwritten cannot be OCRd but for Import Agent it says that some pages are OCRd and when manually clicking generate text it says All pages were OCRd. It would be good if Import Agent can show that all pages are OCRd even if it's a handwritten page. Is that not something Import Agent is capable of doing?
