Import Outlook "email Read Receipt" into Laserfiche

I have tried importing "Email Read Receipt" from Outlook 2010 and I am getting the following message "No e-mail has been selected"

In outlook, I am selecting the read receipt, then I open the Laserfiche ribbon and I click on the "Save to 'client open folder'" and then I get this message.

The customer LF Client version is 9.2.0.343

Is this something that can be modified to allow this?

The version 10.1 has supported the features. Just let you know the update.

I am afraid only emails are supported to import from office integration. Please try to drag/drop the item to Laserfiche Client. Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for this info.  I know this is a work around but the customer is used to only clicking on this button because they have a bunch of other open applications and the LF Client is not often visible.  I have implemented a new Workflow process that matched read receipts and perform some background tasks.  Users now have to regularly import these read receipt along with other emails so only clicking on the Send to button in Outlook would be simpler.

This is really a very small modification in the Office integration. Can this be added to your list of new feature request that can be modified for V10?

Unfortunately, it's too late to add features for version 10, but we can add it to our to-do list.
