I am trying to get a workflow to launch with an Entry Change, specifically when a template field is changed.  I have played with many different possible combinations, but based off of the posts I've seen here, I currently have one condition to say Entry Changes include Template Field Set.  Now, despite having only this one condition set, the workflow only appears to launch if  do it manually.  I currently only have a Track Tokens task within the workflow to see what was being passed. 

Would anyone have any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong, or not including here?  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
