date field in Quick Fileds

Hello,

After applying Hotfix 1013636 from KB 1013290 my Quick Fields 9.0 and my clients Quick Fields 9.0 still cannot edit dates in the Document Revision page.  The edits appear to work but do not hold.  Upon Storing the Date Field goes right back to the incorrect Zone OCR results and we can't Store the document.  Any help or suggestions woyld be helpfull.

The patch didn't get applied correctly then. Please first uninstall Quick Fields. Note that this shouldn't affect any of the sessions you have saved. After uninstalling Quick Fields, reinstall the application. Then apply the patch from KB 1013497. Once that's done, apply the patch from KB 1013636.

Now see if that addresses the issue.

Hi Michael,

Can you confirm that the update was applied successfully? If you check the Help > About section in Quick Fields, what does it list as the version?

The version is 9.0.0.427

I did, and it did.  I applied the fixes as you instructed and it work.  Thank you Alex.
