Publish Workflow using SDK

Is there a way of publishing a Laserfiche workflow to the workflow server using the SDK.  I would like to publish workflows from the file system using the WFI import file.  Is there a method that exists within the Laserfiche SDK or Workflow SDK to perform this?

This is not currently supported.

Thank you for your response.  Given that this is not supported, how can automated deployments of workflows for test environments be accomplished in order to ensure consistency and reliability.
