Hello Stephen! No there is no separate charge for the Jan. 11, 2016 conference classes.  Your Empower registration covers all days between Jan. 11-14.  

The pre-conference courses offered give attendees a head start though, (especially for new users) - to learn the basics of the Laserfiche software product suites before advancing to more advanced sessions, other product courses, business and industry specific courses as well as the customer stories sessions throughout the week,

The product courses on 1/11 have alternate sessions available on other days of the week. However, some business courses are offered on 1/11 only such as "Getting Started with HR/AP Automation*" (These courses will be uploaded to the online scheduler shortly)
