Question

Cannot find property

asked on October 13, 2015

Hi

I have a Quick Fields session that extract  Invoice number and Customer name, with the first page identification set to  patter matching to extract the word INVOICE (for the first 10).  When we retrieve the documents from the repository the session works fine, but when we run directly from the scanner we get the message “Cannot find property.” And the session does not identify the document.

We try several time using different settings for the patter matching but always get the same error when using the scanner.

Thanks and regards

How are you getting the text for pattern matching?

Yes, we get the text from Pattern Matching

Tessa is asking where the input value in Pattern Matching is coming from.

For ex, is it from Zone OCR like in the screenshot below or is it from a field value that Capture Engine was reading before?

We use patter matching for identification and we use for reprocess a token from another pattern matching

Hi Ricardo,

Thanks for the screenshots. A couple more questions:

  • Are you scanning the exact same images with LFCE and with your scanner?
  • Does the same scanner work correctly with other sessions?
