Every now and then our users receive the message from Forms when trying to submit that says Forms has encountered an error, but it does not give any details of what the problem was. Most of the time the end user doesn't know what to do and if they report it it doesn't tell me what the error was either unless by some miracle the user remembers what time they received the error.

It would be nice if Forms had a feature that would allow the end user to click a button on the error page called Notify Forms Admin or something similar that would send a detailed email about the error message so we could look into the problem without having to dig through the application log on the server.
