Good Afternoon,

I am trying to replace a large group of TIF's with PDF's. The PDF's have the same name, but the extensions are different. I would like the PDF to replace the TIF. I selected "Document Merging" within the Document Class Options, but it's renaming the PDF's to Name(2). Is there an additional setting within QF that will allow me to do this. If not, is there a workaround that someone would suggest? I am only using QF, but we do have an Adobe Pro license (if that would help).

I would suggest to use Workflow if you would like to attach an electronic document. You can have the fixed path that they are in and use the "Attach Electronic Document" activity. Either that or you can use the SDK to merge the TIFF with the PDF.

There's currently no way for Quick Fields to append electronic documents like PDFs to existing documents.
