upgrading public portal licensing

The customer had one processor and now has two. We have all the required license changes done with Laserfiche. How do I upgrade the server side of the license? Is it just a license swap like any other license change?

You'll need to generate a new Laserfiche Server license that includes the dual CPU public portal feature. Once you have that license file, replace the original LFS license with this new one and then restart the Laserfiche Server service.
