Named Users and License Issue

The named users and license assigned under the server details does not match the item count in the Named Users and Devices.  

After a refresh to make sure,  there is one missing license based on their count.

43 License Total

42 Licenses Assigned

Item Count: 41  Named Users and Devices list

What version of the Laserfiche Server is being used? There may be an issue with the named user database. Try stopping the Laserfiche Server service. Then backup the lfsnu.db file found under the Laserfiche Server installation directory (by default C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Server) to another location. Now delete that file and then restart the Laserfiche Server service. It should create a new lfsnu.db file. One thing to note is that you'll have to re-assign the named users and devices. However, this should clear up the issue.
