Theme Crash Problem

Hello,

I was building a custom form however after selecting a few themes I can no longer preview as I get an error message saying Laserfiche Forms has Encountered a Problem. In Addition to this I can no longer enter the theme page as I get an error hence I am unable to change the theme and can not fix the problem.

 

I have tried restarting the service and the IIS. My server manager shows the following:

Hi there,

Can you open a support case and include the business process xml?
