My workflow has stopped working

Hi Everyone,

 

Can anyone please help?  My most important workflow has stopped working.  I tested it a few times to find the problem, the workflow renames the entry but it does not move it to correct folder. (Screen shots attached) I get this error message:

MoveToActiveFolder

Operation or command invalid for the requested type of object. [9000]

 

Background:

The template for that workflow has dynamic fields within it, that would require updating of the external table associated with it if changes are made.  Hence I created a new template and workflow yesterday for a new file. These two workflows run separately and seemed to work fine at first.  However now that that the first workflow has stopped working, I have since deleted the other workflow and template, in an attempt to fix the problem.  But the problem still exist. Any assistance provided would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What are the settings for the MoveToActiveFolder activity?

Sorry, I'm a bit new to Laserfiche. Where/how do I find the activity settings?

Would that be it, to the right.

That's the one. I don't see anything obviously wrong with it. It's probably best you contact your reseller and open case with Tech Support so we can take a closer look at the logs.
