Error when saving question in Laserfiche Answers

Each time I ask a new question, reply or edit and try to save to Answers I receive an error message indicating that there was a problem.

If I then crash out of the page I find my question uploaded OK.

If I try and re-save the question I find two new identical entries in Answers .

It would appear that other users are having this same issue as I keep finding double ups in their questions also.

Try with a different web browser. I have no issue using IE 11 or Google chrome

 

that will point you if the issue is your web browser. you can also tried to set your web browser to the default and see if the issue is the version of your web browser or a mis-configuration

Thank you for reporting this, we'll look into it. Do you know the approximate time (with timezone) when you received the error?
