Can an email alert be sent when a form is terminated or suspended?

Hi Judy,

 

Currently Forms doesn't have this notification feature. I'll bring your feature request to product team.

here we are nearly 3 years later and this still isn't a feature as far as i can tell.

 

We had support on our server making changes to correct one issue.  We thought we resolved the issue but it turns out the fix also caused over 200 forms to terminate and we didn't even realize it until far too late the next morning.

 

A terminated form alert would have immediately let us know there was a problem with the system.

Jason - if you are on 10.2 or higher, you are able to configure a termination notification - just select Process Options in any process and check the Terminated Process Notification box:
