ios9 & 9.1 Laserfiche app crashes

Hello,

Laserfiche app just crashes when opened on iOS 9 & 9.1.

 

when do we expect it to be fixed?

Hi Sahil, 

English -Switzerland currently does not work, and we are working on a hotfix now.

For Switzerland region, app works on German- Switzerland (de-CH) , French- Switzerland (fr-CH), Italian-Switzerland (it-CH), or English- United States (en-US) as those language and region are all match.

Or simply change your not working device's setting to be the same as your working device's language -region and see if the problem solved?

Hi Sahil,

Is your LF Mobile app the latest one 9.2.4 on app store? (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/laserfiche-mobile/id440318265?mt=8 ), this one should work on both iOS9 and 9.1.     If that's already the updated version, can you please try uninstall and clean install the app see if problem persists?

Thanks, I did reinstall but the problem persists?

Surprisingly it works on another mobile, so the problem is definitely on my mobile.... Any suggestions? 

 

How do I clean install?

I deleted the app, restarted the phone & still doesn't work.

I reset network setting of the phone, still no luck....

What language is your device running in?

What about the region? It seems like some regions do not work. Maybe you can try finding one that works temporarily until this problem is addressed.

Hi,

I changed the language to en-US & it works, the region is still Switzerland.

LF iOS app 9.2.5 is available on App Store, including the fix for app crash caused by device region setting.
