Admin User Can't Delete Document Pages, Move Document Pages into Other Pages

I am a Admin/User.  All of a sudden, maybe an hour or two ago, I can't delete a document page or move a document page into another document.  I have all rights/privileges.  I can delete a folder, a document, etc. I can do it all but that.  What happened?  Where do I look? It just happened.   I was scanning from QF into folders.  Workflow has the documents going into a RM folder and a user folder. This just happened and has never happened before.  Suggestions?

Does the document have any security tags or document versions?

Yes both.  Everything was working fine yesterday till later in the afternoon.  I am scanning terminated employee folders.  I have a security tag for confidential folders.  I scan into the RM folder and a shortcut goes to the "user" folder.  Now, let me mention this:  We had an employee that use to be the Admin.  I took over the Admin but never changed the password.  I used hers.  I am a user with all rights and privileges also.  Well, she left our company, so her profile was terminated and I saw that her "user" was disabled.  Could this be the problem.  Should I reset the admin password for me?

A couple questions:

1) Is this for all documents?

2) If not, are these documents in frozen records folders?

Edit 9/24/2015: As Susan mentioned below, the folder might also be Closed.

3) If this is occurring for all documents, did you change method you used to move/delete the page?

Note that you cannot use the preview pane (the preview shown when a document is selected within a folder) to move or delete pages if you are using the desktop Client. You can only move page using thumbnails after actually opening the document. (This is not the case in Web Access, where the preview pane can be used to move pages)

Please see my response to Ivan Juarez.  I'm trying to see if I need to call IS in change anything.  I'm still a user with full rights. Nothing has changed on my user profile. This is what is confusing me that all of a sudden it stopped working in the middle of my work yesterday.  BTW, the record folder/series is not in Frozen Status.

I got it.  I closed the record folder. indecision I reopened it.  I was able to move pages, delete pages, etc. to other folders except this one.  That's when I looked at my RM actions and there it was.  Closed!  Sorry, thanks for your input.

Susan,

 

I once had similar issue with security tags. Even though i'm full admin to laserfiche I had user apply a security tag that i was not a member of then I was not able to delete the file or view the file. Might want to also make yourself a member of all security tags to avoid this issue in the future.
