Question

Create Laserfiche Audit Trial for a different Repository

asked on September 22, 2015

Hello,

I am having some difficulties with Audit Trail. We are trying to create an audit trail for a unique repository we had created for the purpose of our demo this week.

The issue is we created a new audit trail tied to the demo's repository however when we login to our audit trial page to actually build a report the audit trail tied to the corresponding repository does not show.

Please advise.

Please confirm that in the Audit Trail Configuration page's "Permissions" tab, you have granted the correct trustee rights to the repository you want to report on.

In the Audit Trail Reporting page, when you are logged into Windows as ricohsales, Administrator, or a member of the Administrators group, do you see TDAF as an available source? If not, what do you see?

For the benefit of the community, can you explain what the issue was and what you did to resolve it?

The first thing you stated was correct we had duplicate useraccount names from the multiple repositories this was leading to a permission problem.
