Workflow - Fill out PDF - Read Only fields of Forms not appearing

Hi,

 

I'm trying to Fill out a PDF in Laserfiche Workflows by retrieving contents from a Laserfiche Form.

The form has some read-only fields which are not being retrieved during the 'Retrieve Laserfiche Forms Content' activity.

Any ideas on how to get around this?

Are you saying Retrieve Forms Content does not allow you to retrieve read-only field values?

I can't reproduce this behavior with Forms 9.2.1 and Workflow 9.2.1. Read-only fields are available in the Retrieve Forms Content activity and their values are correctly read from Forms when the workflow runs.

Please double-check your activity configuration and contact your reseller about opening a case with Tech Support so we can investigate the issue further.

Resolved: I have made the respective fields read-only through javascript and now it works fine.
