Can a remote console be installed for WebLink Designer?

Other Laserfiche consoles will run remotely.  will Weblink Designer run on a windows 7, 8 or 10 workstation?

It isn't possible to install the WebLink Desginer separately. It gets installed on the web server with the main WebLink application.

I gather from the overwhelming number responses ... a remote console must not be available.
