Modify Laserfiche User Token Properties

How can we update/modify Laserfiche User Token Properties? We are creating Laserfiche specific users in the Laserfiche Administration console. We would like to have the ability to pull back the user's First Name, Last Name, E-mail, etc. in Workflow by using the Find User activity. However, we are not sure how to set these properties on the user in the Laserfiche Administration Console or where to in the SQL Database to pull back these properties. Is this a possibility?

I'm pretty sure the find user activity looks in active directory, not at the Laserfiche user?

 

Having said that, if you have the user info stored in a SQL database, you could just do a straightforward DB lookup to get the info you needed.

Find User looks up both Laserfiche and Active Directory users.

For Active Directory trustee providers, you can set properties directly in Active Directory. The default folder is the only property saved in SQL for AD users.

For Laserfiche trustee providers, the user properties as saved as user attributes in the repository in the [Workflow] category. So, [Workflow]DisplayName, [Workflow]E-mail, etc.

Edit: To create custom user properties, see help file. You can set them as user attributes first and then make WF aware of them or the other way around.
