Catering for a Sub-list values based on a value in a drop-down list

Hi all,

I have a drop-down list field with the following values:  'Affidavit', 'Title  Deed', 'Lease Deed', 'Standard Forms'. Now, when the value 'Standard Forms' has been selected, I want to do a sub-list which has other values ' SF SO 6-  Inspection field book', 'SF SO 7(c)- Survey/inspection of cane plantation'.and this will be displayed.

Is it possible to do this?

Hi Sheila,
