We are using a Forms process for our HR paperwork. In quite a few cases, users are submitting forms with position/assignment information that are identical for multiple employees. They would like to be able to submit one, go to the one that was just submitted and click a button like "Use for New Submission". The ideas I that it would create a brand new submission, but default to the same values that were in the first submission. This would save them the work of having to re-enter all of the information.
To take this a step further, it would be nice on the administrative side to select which field values in a form it would work with. For instance, we know we always want them to re-enter the employee's name so they don't accidentally forget to change it.
