For the record, in case others come to this page, this also happens in certain cases where the instance of PDF Factory Pro that installs with Agenda Manager does not automatically register the full version. We have noticed that this tends to happen especially (though not always) on 64-bit systems.

You can try to manually register the product by the following:

1. Open Microsoft Word and bring up the list of available printers. Verify that the PDF Factory Pro Trial version is on that list.
2. View the Printer Properties and go to the "About" tab. There should be a field to enter a registration code.
3. Enter as the code the Regnum value in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\FinePrint Software\pdfFactory3.
