I am looking for a way to mimic the Workflow functionality to re-send a notification if a particular user task is not completed within Laserfiche Forms.  I have the attached process that works through an approval process.  My goal is to re-notify the user, if the task is not completed within X number of days.  I'm guessing it will have something to do with a timer, but I'm not exactly sure how to use them.  Also, a service task (email) will not work because I'd like to have a link to the form included in the 2nd notification.  Any help is much appreciated!
