Where would I find access to the server side settings for WebLink PDF Export preferences?

If you're looking for the PDF cache directory, it's in WebLink Administrator Utility on the Temporary Files tab.

Otherwise it's in My WebLink, Export Options. This is set per user after navigating to the WebLink website and clicking My WebLink in the top right.
