HI

Our client has records with a multi line field that records progress information.   Currently there are two lines of information in this multi line field.   I need to remove all the information in first line and keep the information in second line.  

What is the best way to do this?  Is there a index in the field to refer to it directly?   I will be using workflow to do this.
