I have a client on 9.2.1.635 that is getting random LF Client lockups, even when he is not actively using Laserfiche - it can just be open in the background and suddenly freeze. I tried to check his setting for the Product Enrichment Program (since I have seen this cause issues like this on rare occasions in the past), but it appears that it is no longer listed under the Help menu item. I checked a different client's 9.1 system and Product Enrichment Program was listed in the expected location there, but every 9.2.1 Client I have checked does not have it.
Was this done on purpose? Is there any way to check and/or change its setting in 9.2.1?
