Is there anyway to grab sub folders within a folder look at the parent folders name and move the sub folders and its contents to a new location look for the folder with that name and place it into that folder if it cant find it create a new folder.

Or can you take a parent folder and all its sub folders and contents.  Rename the Parent folder and move it to a new location. 

Here is what I'm trying to accomplish. the existing path is as follows 

Member Information\Loans\Account #\subfolders

Member Information\Account#\Loans\Sub Folders
