Speed up Word opening with Laserfiche add-in

Is there a way to speed up the loading of word that has the Laserfiche add-in installed? I understand that office will prompt a message if it believes add-ins are causing the application to open slowly, though is there anyway for this to load faster?

Do you have more than one Add-in installed? Check your add-ins and deactivate those that do not apply to the version of Word you are using. Oftentimes, the slow to open one is the one that is not specific to the version you are on.
