Web Access & Windows 10 X64

Hi All,

I'm in the process of testing all Laserfiche components with Windows 10. I've installed Web Access and get the following when trying to connect to the configuration pane:-

 

[HttpException (0x80004005): Request is not available in this context]

 

Anyone seen this before? I've had a look on the LF site and google doesn't really help with this error.

For the benefit of other readers, this issue was resolved by changing the WebAccessappPool account to Local System (Identity account under the Process Model Section of Advanced Properties for the WebAccessappPool).

This is covered in the Web Access 9.2 Configuration White Paper.

This also applies to Laserfiche Mobile I found out, just follow the same process Raymond mentions above.  Thanks for the info by the way!
