Laserfiche Mobile App Links - Active Sync and Outlook Mail App on Android

Has anyone else experienced this issue whereby .lfe links are visible and can be opened with the Gmail App on Android (Samsung 2015 device) running 5.0.1 and you cannot open them via the native email app nor the Outlook app? Is their a settings issue? The client runs MDM software and policies so is this the cause?

It looks like this is only a bug on Samsung devices and has been filed. Our dev team is currently looking into the problem. For now, you can use the Gmail app to open .lfe.

LFE Links failing to launch App on latest version of Laserfiche Mobile. This issue has cropped up again with the Mobile updates on the App from late May/eary June. Links were performing correctly up to that point.

Are there known issues with Android launching the App from email .lfe links recurring?

Error message on devices is "This electronic file cannot be previewed. Open this document in a supported application."

Or is there a settings change to be made for view/preview.

Android version 6.0.1 (patch level 1 May 2017)
