Dynamic field not working

Hello,

Dynamic field not working for same user with different machine.

Hi Pagnesh,

 

Dynamic fields is setup on the Laserfiche Server so the fact it is working on one workstation and not on another is theoretically impossible. Could it be the user is looking at a different template perhaps, or is not connecting to the same repository?

Kind of need some more info on this in order to help? indecision

it is connecting with same repository and same template but in one system it showing me dynamic field data but in another machine not showing me dynamic field data for same user.

Same windows user or same LF user? Really strange. What happens if you log onto a 3rd machine as the same user?

it uses LF User if they login 3rd machine then it will working fine

It sounds like there is something wrong with the computer on the 2nd test case. I would recommend a PC rebuild or at least try to un-install and re-install .net Framework.

Pragnesh,

Just to be clear, 

1. User A see's Dynamic field on computer 1, but when goes to computer 2 doesn't see dynamic field?

2. If above is True, then does User B experience the same behaviour on computer 2?

3. If 2 is true, then try to logon with local admin account & see

4. What happens when they go on computer 3?
