Laserfiche Scanning Capture Search and Retrieval

We have an issue where hundreds of documents scanned by users are missing in Laserfiche. We have a support case open with Laserfiche but want to check if anyone else faced similar issue.

Documents were dropped into LF repository and EntryID was captured for report. However, those EntryIDs are not available in Laserfiche anymore.

We have a database with mirroring enabled in the backend.

We searched entire audit log. These Entries are not available. The entries are not available even in Recycle Bin.

Under what circumstances a tocid can disappear without any trace?

Hi Srikanth,

Would it be possible that you have a Worklow that deletes the documents, WF can also purge the documents so they never make it into the recycle bin....

Hi Chris,

None of the steps of workflow has Delete activity. Also, we identified today that the import agent account that we use is performing large number of delete activities from the repository. We trying to identify what's going on here.
