I have been looking at the font-sizes of Form names, tables, sections. All 3 of the aforementioned are wrapped in an h1 tag. Thinking of the hierarchy of a form, only the form name should be set to h1. I would then believe the section header should be set to h2 and a table header should be set to h3. This would follow normal web design standards.

Granted the form name has a larger actual font-size than a section or a table, but the above would follow closer to the standards.
